This 2-hour class is designed to give you the tools to work through basic contractual issues and to identify issues when they arise.  It will also help you analyze some of the key questions a small business owner may face, such as:  What is the difference in being able to enforce a written contract and an oral contract?  Why might that matter?  What are the consequences of not delivering on my agreement or the risks of over-promising?  Can I do anything if my client doesn't pay me?  At the end of this class you should be able to answer these and other pressing contracts questions.
